Product Introduction:
The V-type mixer consists of two cylinders welded together in a V-shape, and the shape of the container is asymmetrical with respect to the shaft. Due to the rotating motion, the powder particles are continuously alternating, divided and merged in the inclined cylinder. The material is randomly transferred from one V-shaped region to another region, and at the same time, there is slippage between the particles of the powder particles, which carries out multiple spatial superposition, and the particles are continuously distributed on the newly generated surface, so that the shear and diffusion motion are repeated, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing.
Working principle of V-type mixer: Using the principle that the two cylinders of the mixer are of varying lengths and asymmetrical arrangement, when the mixer rotates, the material changes from decomposition to combination, from combination to decomposition, to promote the horizontal communication of the material. Each rotation of the lateral force causes part of the material to flow from one cylinder to another, so that the material is mixed horizontally and radially, and is broken down and combined with each other to achieve a uniform mixing effect.
V-type mixer advantages: When mixing materials with good fluidity and similar physical properties, better mixing results can be obtained.
